๐ "They Made Me Shower With Dish Soap": Two Unhoused Men Say Taxi Drivers Are Hunting Them
Two Men Say a Ring of Taxi Drivers Is Hunting Them Across Los Santos โ and the One Cop They Told Laughed
Two unhoused men โ known around the city as Bagman and Hobo Kirb โ say a group of taxi drivers has been systematically kidnapping, robbing, and terrorizing them for weeks. A third man, Randy, has been missing for two days. LSN has not independently verified their account and is seeking a response from law enforcement.
According to Bagman, the first abduction started with zipties. Drivers restrained him, he says, but he broke free, jumped into a vehicle, and drove into the mountains to survive. When he resurfaced online to say he was safe, he claims the taxis came back โ three of them, cornering him for what one driver called "round two."
That second time, Bagman says, they used handcuffs. They took everything he had. Then, he says, they forced him to shower in what he described as a "cleansing ritual" โ allegedly using Dawn dish soap. They beat him, released him, and warned him they'd hunt him down if he ever talked.
The Report That Went Nowhere
Bagman says he did talk โ to a cop. He claims the officer laughed at him. The next day, he says, the taxis were on his trail again, allegedly monitoring his LifeInvader posts to pin down his location.
Since then, both men say they've been living in constant hiding.
Kirb described his own close call near Pillbox Medical Center:
"They tried to take me at the hospital but claimed there were too many witnesses so he instead threatened me and drove away." โ Hobo Kirb
Witnesses to the Pillbox-area incident two days ago were reportedly too far away to hear what happened, and appeared affiliated with a gang or group.
Randy Is Missing
The third man, Randy, was allegedly taken two days ago. His phone and belongings were taken with him, so no one can reach him. That could mean he's safe and simply cut off โ or it could mean something worse. Right now, no one knows.
Bagman and Kirb say they're being specifically targeted. In an odd turn, the two men have started taunting the drivers โ posting their own location to bait them, then fleeing before the taxis arrive.
LSN cannot confirm these events at this time. We've reached out to law enforcement for comment on the alleged abductions, the missing man, and the officer who reportedly dismissed the report. If you have information, contact the newsroom.
